Our customers trust in the work results of our laboratory. In order to guarantee the highest possible quality of our results, we use a quality management system that has been certified by Germany’s national accreditation body, DAkkS:

  • We participate in round robin tests for the test areas of thermal analysis, FTIR-ATR, color fastness and color metrics, material characteristics, contact angle measurements as well as various surface tests every year. Our certificates can be viewed on request.
  • We use quality scorecards to evaluate our test data and processes and detect changes early on.
  • We validate our testing methods and the corresponding statistics.
  • We perform regular audits in our laboratory.

Do you find an information on your order confirmation for the decision of Pass and Fail results? You can find out more about the application of the rule here:

In principle, decision rule E1 is applied without taking into account the measurement uncertainty in accordance with our instruction AA 020. The confirmation of conformity is based on the test results in comparison with the specification requirements without taking into account the measurement uncertainty.

The statistical risk of a resulting wrong decision is known and assessed.

Borderline results are only taken into account in a conformity assessment at the explicit written request of the customer.

The procedural instructions can be viewed in case of queries and determined with the head of department for your specific application. If deviating decision rules (not the E1 rule) are used, these are noted in the test report.
